OXAI LTD (trading as "Oxcel", "we", "our", or "us").
Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time.
Cancellation prevents future subscription charges but does not entitle the user to a refund for the current billing period.
We do not provide refunds for partially used subscription periods.
Refunds may be granted at our sole discretion in exceptional circumstances.
Nothing in this policy limits any statutory rights available under applicable consumer protection laws.
